consulting strategy, The key first step is for us to
acknowledge that we can't know the solution at the outset.
The next step isn't to give you all the answers right away,
but to pose the best questions. Those questions, and their
answers, lead to collaboration and conversation. The role
of the consultant is to host the conversation, and
collaborate in the process instead of owning it.
